About our Program
Crime Stoppers of Sarasota County is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, made up of community volunteers. Established in March of 1985, the desire of the program was to offer the public a safe, anonymous way to provide local Law Enforcement with Information about crimes occurring in our community.
Achieving this goal would not be possible without the tireless assistance of the board members and the hard work of local Law Enforcement investigating the information we receive. Together we work to ensure a safe community for our families and visitors.
